As part of an ongoing maintenance programme, Flymark were invited by the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) to carry out the Derubberisation of Runway 06-24, Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano.

Over a 2-day period in February 2025, 4800 Square metres of the runway touchdown zone was successfully cleaned.  The friction test results for this job came back positive.
