Flymark were invited by the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) to carry out the Derubberisation of Runway 04/22 Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA), Abuja. Over a 6-day period in January/February 2025, 10,000 Square metres of the runway touchdown zone was successfully cleared of rubber. 

The friction test results after Flymark’s intervention showed the runway to be at a very safe level for operations.
